Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities

• Goal driven should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements by effectively contributing to developing solutions when client requirement is unclear /changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective
• Completion of final deliverables with 100% accuracy and timeliness
• Adherence to procedures and SLA’s

• Chase for monthly Valuation Account Statements and Transaction summary of Clients
• Chase for Outstanding Statements of Clients from Fund Accountant
• To work with the Manager and Group projects area on any allocated Client projects
• Maintains a close working relationship with other areas, such as Dealing, Registration, Management Accounts and other internal areas such as the Relationship Managers, Account Managers
• Employees are expected to exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the incumbent is responsible for are organized and controlled
• Employees are required to observe proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties
• Internal Key Stakeholders- Relationship Managers, Management Team ,Internal Clients, UK Transfer Agency
